We have just rented our home out in Mindarie. Karen Williams is the Property Manager we are using. We have found her to be very competent, efficient and ready to answer any queries etc we may have. I would highly recommend her if you are thinking of renting your property.

Kaz is a fair but firm property manager. She always has our maintenance fixed at the first opportunity and is willing to discuss any issues. Highly recommended as a property manager. We won't be going anywhere else!!

We have been a tenant in Quinns Rocks with Karen Willams as our managing agent and she is wonderful! She is professional, organised, honest, hard working and has gone above and beyond to assist us with settling into the area. Her efficiency in helping us with any requests or issues we've had has been great. Sadly our house has been sold so we have to move, but will definitely be keeping in touch for future properties. I would recommend Karen to anyone looking for a brilliant managing agent she is fabulous.

Yes I would also give zero stars. I am a tenant and my landlord changed management company. The handover was terrible, I won't name names but no one at Acton West seemed to know what was going on with handover date etc. I put it down to lack of communication. I also received a demanding letter saying I owed them money when the property was no longer on their books! Avoid...

I have been renting a property in Mindarie just under a year now and Karen Williams is my Property Manager. Karen is an outstanding Property Manager. She is very efficient and always keen to help with any queries that I have had with the property.

Not even one star! Acton used to managed my property. I have received the property back in a terrible condition, damaged house, keys missing etc etc. Extremely unhappy with their services.
