As we were travelling around Australia we felt confident that we could trust her to do her best for us. She kept in contact at all times. She organised mowing and 'handyman' services near the end. Amazing,friendly؜ and super professionalFrom the first phone call to the office when we were just enquiring as we are moving from the far south coast they have been nothing but a breath of fresh air!! They were more then happy to answer all our questions about school and sports for the kids. They stayed in contact with us during our application process Which made it super stressfree. I rented a place through Lakeford Realestate for 3 years, I had a few things needing fixing they were very late to get anything done if at all. When it came to my end of lease I had a professional end of lease clean that I had paid for, they said they weren’t happy with a few minor things so they wanted them to be done again I agreed for them to get their own cleaner to do the minor things. They sent me the invoice after their cleaner had finished and the invoice was for another end of lease clean instead of a small clean when I had asked them that I didn’t agree for a full end of lease clean they said their worker had made a mistake and ordered the wrong clean and said there was nothing they could do and I had to pay for it, they gave me around $100 off the bill but still unforgivable considering I did not agree to a full end of lease clean. In saying all that I left the house 100 x better than what it was given to me like.
