Technaus Solar

Three weeks ago Technaus Rep, Ryan, called to discuss our options rrgarding installation of solar panels. He was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough and left with an order. Ryan arranged finance there and then with no problem whatsoever.Our solar panels were installed yesterday by two lovely guys who worked as a team and with minimum disruption. They cleaned up as they went and took all empty boxes and rubbish with them, even small pieces of conduit were picked up and taken away. Very impressed.After installation and before leaving, Singh (sorry don't know first name) installed an App on my mobile so I could keep a check on usage and went through everything with us in great detail before he left. Today, I had a guy ring and reiterate to give them a call if there is a problem or we need more information on the system, Customer Service at its best.Cannot fault Technaus Solar on Sales and Customer Service and have already recommended them to three friends.Well done to all involved from one extremely happy and satisfied customer.

The team from Technaus arrived early 0640am glad they did the heat and sun exposure were a bit to contend with. Our installers were professional in every way answering any questions we had as they went about making life a bit easier. With the new solar system. We kept them well hydrated ensuring their well-being and safety whilst doing a wonderful job installing our new system. Amazing with the help to get the APP and set it up for us. Very happy with Technaus Solar. The saleman Lee was excellent, he explained everything very clearly step by step from the very beginning about what was involved in the whole process. He made it all very simple to understand and I learnt a lot about solar in the whole process as well. Can't wait to get my system installed and start saving money.

Panels installed on 9/01/23 and I still do not have them connected as of 21/03/23. Technaus did not identify that both our switchboard & our electricity meter required an upgrade at the sales meeting. Their electrician did not identify that the backing board on the meter was asbestos & needed special removal. When Western Power technician finally arrived they could not update the meter due to the asbestos. If this has been identified at the sales meeting this could have been booked in ahead of the installation.This is now sitting with Western Power, and Technaus are providing no follow up, so I have no idea of the performance of the panels. Make sure you get the sales person to take photos of your switchboard to send to the engineers & get a report before you commit, especially if you live in an older house.

The team at Technaus Solar have been fantastic, we have had installed a solar system with 2 batteries and the quality of the system installed is exceptional, with reliance on the grid now negligible.The installation team from Great Aussie Electrical were also very professional ensuring full electrical safety systems were followed during every step of the installation, with the final setup looking very neat in the garage.I would highly recommend this solar company, they have acted in a very professional and honest manner every step of the way during the entire purchasing process.

We had a new system installed to replace the old. The team turned up and work began. No stopping no fuss no bother, just hard working people doing a job. Couldn’t be happier everything was left clean and tidy all rubbish was taken away. “ do what you say, say what you do” great job well done by real working people. A pleasure to do business with you. But since the insulation we have been shocked by a huge electrical BILL. We have been trying for weeks to find out why but as yet no explanations are forthcoming. But it seems that we will not be independent of the grid as we were led to believe? Very disappointed.DavidHannans WA

Technaus recently installed a battery solar system at my home in Kalgoorlie. The installation crew were quick, courteous and competent. Watching the new system perform from the app on my phone is proving to be quite addictive. Very happy so far!
