The staff at ETC are all very welcoming and helpful. They will assist you twofold for the effort you put in and will try to give you incentives for any activity they recommend for you- whether it be as simple as a morning tea or even a fuel voucher.They will help you by learning what you're looking for in regards to work, and will not only recommend jobs that come in but also potential training courses that will boost your chances. Not only this, but they will try to get to know you and recommend jobs that they believe will suit you, even if you've never really considered it before.Never have I felt apprehensive with coming to them for assistance, which I have felt in the past with previous companies.You're not just a number with these guys, they genuinely want to help.If you're sincerely looking for work, I can't recommend the team at ETC Nerang enough.

My daughter went there about 4 years ago and they did nothing at all she was long-term unemployed. She was treated in quite a wrong way by the staff.When I would pick her up the staff was often rude and abrupt.What prompted me to write this was seeing the stand at the disability expo. Would appear they are just there for the $$ grab and if you are unemployed or have a disability like me they see you as less than human.She left them and went to another agency that had a heart, Melissa is now long term employed for the past 2.5 years.

Sharon power at nerang etc has been an amazing support person while looking for work. She has not only supported me getting back into the workforce after 11 years not working but she has also supported me with personal issues and growth aswell she really takes the time to listen and understand and give advice. I was so anxious getting back into work and Sharon really helped build my confidence back up she is extremely encouraging and just a beautiful person any one would be lucky to have Sharon as their job provider. I could not of asked for a more supportive kind caring person to help me on my journey thank you for just being you and for everything you have done for me x

This has not been my first experience with a job agency - so I was apprehensive & skeptical regarding potential assistance. However ETC has been outstanding! The staff are always warm, friendly & patient. Aileen has been incredibly supportive during this exceptional time & has been extremely helpful with industry-relevant information & brainstorming. Being able to have a productive conversation (& a laugh) has done wonders for my anxiety about unemployment. While I hope to not need the help in the future, if I ever do I will call ETC!

I have been in contact with Nerang ETC LTD since covert 19. The staff are amazing and very helpful. Breeanne my first case worker assisted me with information and helped arrange my resume. Thank you so much. Aileen my second case worked is looking into courses for me to assist me to get the right qualifications. Both girls contacted me back the same day with further information, so as I didn't have to wait the weekend out before moving forward. The girls are very polite and helpful.
