Low quality jewellery. Went in to get a refund on a faulty product which I still had a receipt for. Apparently the manager isn't in today" is a reason to shirk the Australian Consumer Law.Under the Australian Consumer Law

Awesome service, friendly staff, and competitive prices. I was assisted by Tamar and Gillian over two days as I made my decision on a watch, and received truly excellent quality of care and advice. Gillian did an awesome job helping me try on different styles and offering suggestions. The next day Tamar was just as friendly and helped me size the watch and select some accessories, she also showed me how to change out the band on the watch so that I could learn for myself. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and the staff at Wallace Bishop Indooroopilly. Highly Recommended!

I was in store tonight to purchase some Christmas gifts for close friends. The young gentleman who served me (i didn't catch his name) was amazing to deal with. He was polite and really helped me out when it came to figuring out what i wanted to get. I definitely recommend shopping here, the staff are amazing.

This shop is just wonderfully presented, and the staff are awesome and easy to work with. the lady who has served my girlfriend and I 2 times so far, Tam, is honestly the most wonderful person to deal with. she makes purchases easy to do, and always tries to make things even better for us than we would expect. will definitely be returning in the future

These guys wanted to charge me $40 just to change the batteries in my Baby-G BA-111 watch (a model which they also sell) and said they couldn't guarantee water resistance (that part is fair enough as I wasn't asking for the seals to be checked or replaced, just the batteries replaced). I ended up replacing the batteries myself - the batteries cost me $2 each and the whole job, including resetting date and time took under 3 minutes. That they wanted $40 for 3min labour + $4 worth of batteries is extraordinary and extremely disappointing. I guess Wallace Bishop is just another modern retailer for whom old fashioned service is dead.

The big blond hair lady who was working had touched my son by pushed him out of the way. She then proceeded to tell me to control him and if I can’t then to get out of the store.I don’t recommend them at all if you have kids as they don’t have any issues touching children! Will be reporting this matter to authorities.

It seems any Joe or Harry off the street can come work here. i went to purchase a birthday gift for myself only to have my entire experience ruined because ol Ben" who served me seems to not be having the best day. He had dropped my watch multiple times

Terrible service, I'll never shop here again. I have purchased many gifts from Wallace Bishop before and have never been treated with such disregard. The woman working on the repair counter was having a chat with another colleague when I enquired about a repair. She dismissed me and told me to look on Ebay. When I pushed and insisted that the repair was simple and I just needed a pin for the watch (which they sell) I was told no, I need to bring it in to measure the size and she wouldn't even just sell me a pin I could put in myself (i didn't have the watch on me but know the exact model). Train your staff better, your job is to serve customer not sit around chatting.
