Precious Poppets is a GREAT service. Finding a competent, reliable and otherwise personably suitable Nanny for our family when time poor was a overwhelmingly daunting experience. Totally worth the money to outsource that headache. Tamara did a great job finding suitable candidates in a timely manner and was very easy to communicate with. Do recommend!

We have used Precious Poppets several times now to help us find babysitters for our two small boys (2yrs and 4yrs). Tamara has been so helpful and is just lovely to deal with. We contacted Tamara at Precious Poppets to assist us with finding a Nanny for our 9 month old. Tamara was such a brilliant find in my nanny search. As a single mum with 2 boys who have needs, she helped find me my ultimate nanny, and not just the same people who applied from Facebook through my ads.Her wealth of knowledge was wonderful from her own nanny experience and really understood what I needed as a parent. I would highly recommend Tamara and Precious Poppets.

I would not recommend this agency as they wasted my time, as well as being judgmental and not understanding or supportive to the unique needs of my family situation.They did not read my onboarding profile which added to the situation; my son’s unique but not unfamiliar case of starting solids slightly earlier (a few weeks). Only after I had a potential nanny secured, the nanny reported back to Tamara I was feeding my son. I told Tamara that this information was shared from the get go. Instead, I received a judgemental tone, making out like I am some bad mother when this is in fact perfectly normal and becoming common place, she went ahead and cancelled the onboarding of the nanny putting my family back at square one without any urgent support and provided no solution.Given also a few weeks difference with the official feeding guidelines, Tamara refused to help place someone a few weeks later adding to the prejudice which I find odd.Not the sort of personalised approach you expect from a nanny agent.

I really appreciate how easy Precious Poppets makes the recruitment process and how much care they have taken in matching me with families in need of a nanny. Tamara is super personable whilst also being highly professional. Finding work as a nanny has been made much easier going through her agency rather than having to find nannying jobs myself as they match me up with families they think would be a good match, set up all the interviews and process the paperwork and documents without me having to submit it repeatedly. Tamara always checks in with me after interviews and as well as after I have started the job to check everything is going well. I would highly recommend Precious Poppets for both nannies and families looking for childcare options!
