After some deliberation AH Beard offered to replace the top of my bed as long as I paid the fee to have the mattress collected and returned upon completion, $55 each way. AH Beard were adamant that this mattress was indeed mine, I was equally adamant that it was not. This is where the matter would have stayed but as a show of good faith they made the above offer. The mattress looks as new and is beautifully comfortable. I dealt with Debra who was very professional and helpful. I am truly appreciative and send my thanks for the final outcome. I would also suggest that AH Beard were intent on a fair outcome and I got that, thanks again.

The most comfortable bed I have had the pleasure of sleeping on. My wife says the same thing. I actually look forward to going to bed at night or for a nap in the afternoon. I am so glad we picked these beds out.

I would like to sincerely thank Simon and Monique for their prompt service. Thank goodness Simon caries spare parts in his car as he was able to fix part of the problem immediately. He graciously held the base of the bed up while I vacuumed where the bed sits. Thank you once again.

After having such terrible luck with other companies regarding broken goods I was dreading to make the effort to contact A.H. Beard regarding my mattress which was having a few issues.BEST service I have had for a long time, I sent the request for my bed to get checked, they responded within 24 hours. They asked for a photo and some information to help them understand the situation, of which I was happy to send.Once the information was sent off I received a call within the next 24 hours letting me know they had squeezed me in to get the bed checked in this busy Christmas period (they picked it up in less than 3 days from my photos).After the bed was sent away I received it back within 24 hours with a detailed defect report regarding what was wrong with the mattress and how they rectified the issues.Absolute best customer service I have received with one of my products, even after 4 years past the purchase. Will happy buy a King Koil mattress again knowing how easy the process was to fix any issues.When you're spending big money on a mattress you definitely want to know they will look after you when it comes to warranty issues.Thanks againBeau

The option was either to repair a 5 year old bed or replace it. In 99.9% of cases I have dealt with in the past, the Manufacturer always says to replace it so they can sell another item.Not AH Beard! Karina & Christine at Hobart not only quoted an amazing cost to reupholster the item... they picked it up, saw there was additional damage and repaired it and then dropped it back in excellent condition with minimal fuss and without charging me extra.I wish I could replicate this wonderful business times 10000 around the world... it would make life so much more easier.Thank you Karina & Christine. Amazing workmanship... excellent customer service... Awesome testament to AH Beard.

Parked out the front and was immediately screamed at by a horrible woman demanding I move my car, horrible behaviour by a horrible human. If this is there level of customer service I would avoid them at all costs.
