Absolutely amazing Rosie did such an amazing job I have never been happier with my eyebrows.

Rosie is a gem!! So lovely to talk to, super helpful and did my brows so perfectly. I never really get my brows done often but this experience has made me want to come back regularly to have Rosie do my eyebrows!!

I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Rosie, and they look the best they’ve ever looked! Rosie is very professional and really knows her job well.. she suggested the tint and was very quick with the shaping.

The worst service we ever had!!! My friend booked the eyebrows and lip wax services. She used to have a great experience in Melbourne.Sadly, not in this shop. We think the guy wasn't in a good mood or something bad happened to him or he’s a “new” technician. How come the service was so bad.First of all, the wax temperature was a bit hot, then he didn't press gently, let her head kept hitting the background of the wall. then he tried to remove her eyes makeup????Causing her contact lens moved away from the cornea????? After the waxing, he tried to pluck her eyebrows by using a clip, but was he trained enough???? How comes He could pluck a part of the skin off????That's hurt, My friend asked him to stop, and skipped the lip waxing.Although he has apologized and didn't charge about this service, but is it a brows service supposed to have???Now, my friend has a scar on her face.Never go back!!!!

Best brow experience EVER!!! Eden at the Benefit Brow Bar was absolutely incredible. Attentive, detailed and overall so lovely to talk to. I will definitely be back again
