Literally zero customer service! The wife and I wandered around the yard waiting for someone to greet us for a good 15mins before leaving. First impressions mean everything, and I’m more than happy to purchase our new Ranger from another dealership.

Everyone from start to finish is so friendly, lovely and professional.I took delivery of the new Ranger Raptor way ahead of all my mates thanks to Mike and the team. I was blown away by the excellent delivery process. The car was absolutely flawless and detailed to perfection. It was delivered with 12 delivery kilometres. Twelve. That has to be the lowest delivery kilometres I have ever seen on a new car. And with a full tank of premium 98 petrol, even with today’s fuel prices! And obviously there’s a lot of funny business going on with the Raptor due to the stock shortages - not with Bremer Ford. I had my car serviced 6 weeks ago and on the weekend had to check my battery. The negative terminal was so corroded that I needed to replace the battery terminal. So much for the inspection of the battery that never took place.Thank you for your quick response. I was disappointed as I have had great support and do thank you for your quick feedback.
