Telfords Bus and Coach

We were very happy with our experience of a Telfords coach captain, Mr Ken Small on a 5 night tour to Crescent Head Resort, beginning Sunday March 17 until Friday, March 22, 2019.Mr Small was a friendly, caring gentleman throughout each day as he worked hard to keep everyone safe & happy. He was always on duty at the designated times ready to assist us elderly Probus travellers, doing his best to ensure we had a wonderful holiday.Mr Small drove well at all times & even told jokes, showing passion for his job as he worked patiently, providing us with confidence throughout the many kilometres he drove. Job well done, Ken. Thank you very much.

Here's another one for the team at Telfords who lack any regard and respect for the public. I had an incident with a driver who was driving in an unsafe manner. I telephoned the head office and; rather than investigating the matter and disciplining the driver, the Telfords employee thought it would be in his best interest to hang up on me! Completely appalling! If only we could give negative stars!

Needed a coach for a recent soccer trip to Nowra. Wasn't too sure who to go with. Made the decision to go with Telfords as this is the bus company my daughter's school uses.Andrew took my booking and he went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly.George our driver was amazing, he was punctual, his driving was impeccable and the bus was spotless.I will 100% be using this company again.Great job Telfords. Kinetic is the same rubbish as Telford. Rubbish drivers are sacked from other bus companies, poor driving behaviour, and management. They tried to reform but failed and worked as disappointing community.

Dangerous driving 10/Nov/21- 7:50am TV9764Forcefully pushes into my lane, nearly wipes out a cyclist and myself in the process. I had to stop sharply and the cyclist got a near miss as well.Next time I will let your bus crash into me and I will sue your company for damages.NSW road rules:When changing lanes, you must give way to vehicles in the lane you’re moving into.

My daughters school uses telfords bus for the students in the area for tham to go to and from school. We normally have our amazing bus driver Emma, but sometimes she is away and when she is we have other drivers who speed and don’t know the way. Students are to direct we’re to go when our normal driver is away. It is not fare to those students they should be getting payed for direct the bus driver. If the driver doesn’t know we’re to go he shouldn’t be driving my daughter had to one after a long title day of school I have to know get our normal bus driver to call me when she is not driving because I fear for my daughters life and the other students life with how the other bus drivers speed. And did I mention that one driver also picks up his wife on one stop, who knows what that women could do to my child or other children. The only nice driver is our Normal one Emma

We have 160 totally shattered students and teachers who cannot go on their Science excursion this week because this company pulled out of transporting us, two days before our excursion. We have been using Telfords for more than 20 years. An absolute disgrace. Telfords should be ashamed of themselves!

I was side swiped by a Telfords Bus (branded Kinetic). It was a school service. The bus did not stop. I have been trying for two months now to get someone to help me but they are useless. I’ve sent countless emails, called numerous times, I’ve tried Kinetic and Sura, I’ve even tried to contact the school. No luck. It’s an absolute joke. I know the names of the people I’ve spoken to but I’m not willing to name and shame in a public forum.

At 630pm friday the 29th of July a local pizza owner witnessed a Telford coach scrape alongside a stationary vehicle.The Telford coach then proceeded to leave the scene without providing his details to the owner of said vehicle.The driver of the car tried to get the attention of the driver of the Telford coach behind that vehicle who refused to assist.Class act team.
