We came to Youngs after visiting several used car dealers. Here we found the two best cars we had seen but they were a bit over budget. We managed to negotiate the price down to our budget.We took the car for an extensive test drive and it had a full logbook, so we decided to buy it.I was impressed by the way the sale was managed which was much more like a new car dealer than a used car dealer. My understanding is that this was because Young's was a new car dealer for Holden but to lost the franchise they are looking for a new franchise.Used car dealers are extremely good at making you feel relaxed and that their cars are the best for you however there's always a slight suspicion that you are being conned. With Young's I felt that we were dealing with an honest straightforward company.We were passed between the various offices for each stage of the sale in a very professional way. The main issue for us was whether to take the extended warranty or not. We decided to sleep on that and the next day we took out the 5-year warranty having done some research on it.We paid for and picked up the car the next day after it had been checked by Young's mechanics. It's a month later now and the car is fine we didn't have any problems and we will go back to Young's next time we need a car

Received great service with no pressure through the whole car buying process.Brad who looked after us from the start was terrific to deal with and was very personable and professional.I would highly recommend Brad as you won’t be disappointed.Must mention the rest of the team were also very friendly and made the whole process hassle free and enjoyable. I’ve been taking my car here for some time. I appreciate the great customer service, I feel like my car is being looked after well. I’m always notified of things that need attention in the future and of things that are more pressing. Also receive a video going over the check via text which is nice.

Perfect 10/10 - Purchased the vehicle remotely, they assisted with getting our preferred mobile mechanic to inspect for piece of mind, and did not try to escape this by saying 'our mechanics already checked it' like most other yards did. Paperwork was ready to go upon arrival (Sat morning). The car was immaculate as described, customer service was perfection. Even had a big bow tie on it. Thanks Chloe, will be back for more.

Bought a 2017 Volkswagen Polo through Youngs about a month ago after my car was written off. Gordon was an absolute gem to deal with - non-pushy, genuinely friendly and easy going, absolute riot with a great sense of humour - made the whole process really enjoyable for me and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Youngs again in the future. They really went the extra mile and dressed the car up in a bow for me and everything - car was immaculate and felt brand new when I picked it up.Found some very minor issues with the car after purchase and Youngs were really co-operative and helped resolve the issues timely.Fantastic service from Gordon and the team at Youngs, highly recommended.
