I have been receiving the wholesale service from Krannich for ten years. They often make a big effort to supply my requests. The staff and management are decent people. They seem to be genuine re supporting the solar revolution. They only carry high quality, reliable products and their wholesale prices are good, and if they can think of a way to save me money and give me a good deal, they do.

Terrible Service from Krannich, Ordered LG Battery and Inverter in September. We were told it was due early November. We have been calling fortnightly for updates since, no staff from Krannich can give any details other than it's pushed back. Sales reps don't answer phones to work out what's happening. It's now end of January and we won't have the battery until Feb. I spoke directly with LG who confirmed that Krannich had received stock in November. First and last time we use Krannich.
