I've used this team for all my US trips for several years. Due to Australia Post delays I ordered early; just before I was due to fly out my son became very unwell and I had to cancel my trip. I contacted them and they refunded me that same day. Once again, great customer service. I’ll always use and recommend them.

My physical sim cards didn't arrive in time (presumably due to Australia Post delays), however I got a very fast response from the company when I asked about switching to an eSim and they were able to organise that very quickly for me. Activation was quick and simple on the iPhone 12 Pro and everything worked when I arrived in the USA. Great service and support.

A fantastic service. I have used USA Pre-Paid Sim Cards before and have no hesitation in recommending them.I was able to activate the two cards I bought just before we left and was able to leave our US numbers with family and friends and the minute we landed we turned our phones on and were immediately connected to the AT&T network.Our phones worked flawlessly from the West coast to the East coast and all points between.I’ll definitely be using USA Pre-Paid Sim Cards for my next trip.Highly recommend, a first class operation.

We purchased sim card for use in USA which was to be activated on the day the cruise ship reached San Francisco. Put sim card in, and no service. Fortunately, we still had internet capability via ship, so sent message using Whatsapp, and received prompt reply that assured us we had set the activation parameters correctly and furthrt, that it was an AT&T issue that was being resolved as we were messaging. Phone was working by the time we disembarked the ship. Thanks for prompt response using whatsapp help line.

Never had an issue with any of their sim cards. Have bought multiple times when travelling to US, Canada, UK and Europe. This product is a godsent, and a cheap one too. :)

I've used this company 5 or so times over the past 2 years in my travels to and from the states. Most recently I got in to Hawaii at 2am local and requested an e-sim and the team contacted me on whatsapp and set it up for me in real time, the whole process was over in under an hour and the staff were very accommodating. Really easy to set up and great support through the process from the team. Highly recommend, happy repeat customer.

Loved these cards. Worked from the minute we stepped off the plane in the USA. We had continual phone connection and internet for out whole two weeks in the states. I was worried that they were a bit expensive but the US doesn't have cheap sim cards like Europe and Australia. These were a bargain.
