They told me i needed a shock absorber - that would have been two cos u have to do both sides - got a second opinion and it didnt need to be done - my car was only a couple of years old. Wont ever go back to them!

What to say about Clyde Mazda Service Centre. Firstly the customer service ladies are great. Always courteous and helpful.Secondly the service department is a disaster zone. I have had over 40 cars in my 75 years, some company cars and private vehicles. I've never had any trouble with other service centres until I started using Clyde Mazda 3 years ago after moving to the south coast. Their care factor is ZERO. I've had 3 services and have had to go back 5 extra times (one hour each way) to have items fixed that weren't fixed properly in the first place and things that they broken while doing the service ie a side mirror smashed which I had to wait weeks for them to get into stock.Thursday I had to wait 5 hours to have a simple problem fixed that once again was caused by them not refitting the interior door panel correctly. I would never recommend this service centre to anyone.

Good service. They do a nice job looking after my little car.
