This is a review from my experience over 2 years ago - not sure if the same woman owns the salon. However, I booked in using a Scoopon and followed up with another appointment. I wasn't 100% happy with the first haircut (performed by the owner) but realised it take a few visits for a new hairdresser to get used to your hair. I gave gentle feedback when it was time to perform the second cut, after the colour had already been done, and the owner glared at me, refused to finish cutting my hair and asked one of her associates to finish cutting it instead. I have never experienced such immature behaviour like this in a 'professional' salon. The final haircut wasn't good (not suprising as her poor associate was thrown in the deep end at a moment's notice) and I never returned. It was a humiliating experience and it has bugged me ever since. As I recently saw that they are advertising again on Scoopon for very low prices, I felt the need to write. I hope it has been taken over by a more professional crew! The attitude the owner displayed that day was unacceptable in a service industry.

I am so disappointed. I showed the picture one to the hair dresser and I ended up getting the haircut, showing in picture two. It’s totally different. She shortened my hair by cutting straight line and was going to finish without adjusting or anything at all so i showed her the picture again and asked her to cut like that picture. I also asked to thin out and cut a little bit more around my face. I’m not disappointed with the look from the front but I couldn’t see my hair style from the back but I saw it when I got home, I was embarrassed having this hair style. So I went to another hair dresser to fix my hair because I didn’t think the first hair dresser could do any better. I will never go back. The lady didn’t even greet me when I walked in either. Worst experience ever.

Had one of the best blow drys I've had in a long time. I didn't even need to go over it after sleeping on it. Lasted and looked fresh each day.

Very friendly and professional. Good value for money. Would highly recommend this business. The staff listen to your needs.

Everyone was really nice and did a great job on my hair. I got a half head of foils, cut and blow dry and they accept Groupon vouchers which is great for people on a budget. I am really pleased with the hair cut and foils. It was my first time getting foils and the staff were so helpful in giving me tips on which colours to choose and how to maintain it. I would recommend this salon and return again.
