Natural Ocean Massage

Don’t know where to begin… Was extremely unprofessional from the moment i stepped in the door. Came in to feel relaxed and get a nice massage but left feeling borderline violated and extremely uncomfortable.My masseuse was very abrupt, very rough and was using freezing cold massage oil. While laying on my front she got on top of the table and started walking on my back which i never asked for. She also went out of the room to cough (fair enough) but started laughing with front reception and came back in the room and left the door open.The front reception person was playing loud tv and could hear him on his phone.She tried to make conversation with me while I was trying to relax, never had a masseuse try speak during a massage.My total cost was $103 for the worst massage i’ve had in my entire life. Will NOT be going back.

Had a pregnancy massage and was the worst massage I have had, kept clearing throat was very rough not relaxing at all. Also was told over the phone was $100 but when rocked up was $103. Very disappointed.

Great remedial massage, clean and quite building and the massues worked over shoulder and back perfectly. No need to get second remedial...problem sorted! However will be back for a relaxing massage

Massage was very good with good presssure and remedial therapeutic aspects to the massage. The place was clean and professional.

Awesome foot and ankle massage, so relaxing and relief to stiff joints. Highly recommend 30mins for heaven.

I had the 45 minute reflexology with Jenny today. I enjoyed it very much and loved the shoulder and neck massage at the end. Staff were very friendly. I’ll be back.

Thank you Jenny for a wonderful massage. I walked in with a headache and pain in my neck and upper back for weeks. I walked out feeling like a new person and no headache. Perfect pressure, working on all my sore spots. Best massage that I have had for a long time.

Unfortunately the worst massage I've had. The masseur was really weird, chatting lots when my massage first started about how she's 43 and feels old and that life gets hard once you turn 40. She forgot to massage one of my arms before she had me turn over. She also was uneven the way she massaged my back and legs so I didn't feel balanced.The towels were a bit dank smelling, and very cold. I said I was cold and was told it was just the tiger balm. I've had over a hundred massages and love tiger balm and this wasn't it - they just had the wrong temperature.I asked for a thai massage, there was a bit of stepping, but not a proper thai style for the rest of it.The door to the room was left open and I felt very vulnerable to people walking past.Not relaxing, not good value. I declined the half hour free which was offered when I gave feedback at the end. I never want to go here again, it felt creepy and weird and I was way less relaxed after than before.Heed the sign on the wall saying if you're not satisfied tell them within 10mins to get a refund. It now makes sense to me.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Come here every time I visit down south.
