Our recent stay had us very disappointed and definitely not worth what we paid. Our cabin was not fully set up upon our arrival, crockery was dirty and inadequate quantities, air conditioner was covered in mould, smoke alarms weren’t fitted, floor was filthy, vending machine had out of date ready made food….. this is only a few of our complaints which we tried to bring to the managers attention but were told she was too busy to attend to us. We would not recommend Tween Waters to anyone apart from the location being convenient.

I was really worried after booking and then reading the reviews. After arriving and expecting the worst we were happily surprised. Large cabin, pretty clean for its age, friendly staff, great location and excellent facilities for the kids.

Formly know (BLACK DOLPHIN MOTEL)Don’t waste your money! After been promised 1 room we arrived and then given anotherRoom with NO Airconditioner, a fan that was useless! The fly screen door to Balcony didn’t even open as it was broken! Not to mention the bathroom shower door only opened about half way, Before hitting the toilet!! Which meant the only way to shower was to leave the Bathroom door open to manoeuvre in and out sideways! I sent an Email Attention JOSH and he didn’t even have the respect to reply!Would recommend to STAY CLEAR!! NOT IMPRESSED!!

This is a good place if you have a self contained caravan. If you need to use the toilet facilities I would not recommend it. The campsites are spacious and location is good but the male toilets were super dirty the whole time I was there, hence the 3 stars review.

Booked a two bedroom beach house here. Loved the access to all a caravan park has to offer (pool, in-ground trampoline...didn't use community kitchen or fire pit), but with privacy and laundry. Comfortable beds, and well outfitted with all you would need. Across the street on the other side of the covered basketball courts is the (very nice) beach so you go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean. Good fish and chips within short walk. Nice area, quiet, but with a few places to order food from.

The park is small and simple, kid-friendly close to the beach the kids loved the pool, we had a 2 bedroom cabin the bathroom is massive the shower doesn't make sense needs a screen on top of the bathtub as you ended up flooding the bathroom after a shower. The curtains definitely need to be changed the interior is super blue . Other then that it housed us for 5 nights and it did the job. Would come back.

We stayed in this dog-friendly park in our own caravan for a week and quite enjoyed the park. The park is a little dated, but it was the best value in the area. The location was excellent between the lake and the ocean, both of which were within walkable distances. The visiting lorikeets were cute and very friendly.

We also contacted the managers number to notify them of our complaints and it went directly to MessageBank. I then requested a call back and 10 days later. I have never received any kind of communication from them in anyway. It is such a shame as the location of the park itself is great and their pool is great but they definitely need to over haul their accommodation

No complaints from me. This was excellent budget accommodation and such a contrast to the exhorbitant overpriced rip-offs that are all over the place these days. The cabin was clean and well fitted out located in a quiet area close to the beach, and with a great fish and chips shop nearby. Good friendly service at the reception office as well.
