We run at least one fireplace everyday through winter and we have three so we go through a decent amount of wood. We drove 30mins to PR Firewood today and had the usual $100 cash for a scoop ready only to find out that the price has gone up to $110 per scoop. I don't mind the extra cost but I explained to the manager that I would have to drive all the way home and then come back to get the $10 and its Maudsland so not like there's atm's anywhere close.All you had to do was call your boss and ask its simple customer service and would have taken you 30 seconds for $10 you've now lost a customer and I've found a company that delivers.

Worst supposed kindling you could imagine. Took me almost an hour to get my fire going due to the kindling being the size of my thumb I don't just want a refund I want my time back... If I could give a star rating lower than 1 I would.

Bought 3x PR Firewood 10KG Kindling mixed timber bags from Bunnings. Not very impressed. 1 was good, 1 was ok and 1 consisted more of what I would class as garden mulch than firewood. Out of 30kg there were 6kg of fines/Mulch. Can not recommend.

Bought kindling bags , really great quality kindle and the bigger 25kg bought...best wood! Long lasting burn, I couldn't be happier.will only buy PR firewood from now on.

Bought bag of wood from bunnings. Wood was green and being iron bark it would not split.
