Great prices and good service until there are problems.Young worker smacked the jack onto the car and caused a dent to my car.Strange concept to run a Good Year franchise in a way where you will deny any option for their fault and refuse to review CCTV to find out the truth.Accidents happen but key is to solve them in professional manner, which Cleary did not happened at the workshop that day.

Fantastic efficient service! I was driving past and asked about a quote for a set of new tyres. Ben went through all of the options and explained the advantages of each tyre. He offered to replace them on the spot. I was so happy they could do them that afternoon! I had done my research and found the price to be very competitive. Ben and the team were great!

I was in an accident outside this business last Friday and the manager (?) was on site immediately. They moved my car off the road, took the tyre and replaced it with a new one at a reduced price and were so kind and comforting. Thanks guys. ❤

I had my car towed to Good Year with a simple issue that I addressed before having it arrive there and after quoting me $400 to replace a $22 part, and needing the repair urgently I went through with the service. I was charged $520 upon arrival. Would not recommend this establishment

Took my car to Goodyear in Hamilton this morning as my front right tyre was half deflated and I was sure there was a slow leak or worse. The guys were very professional and allowed me to pull out my laptop and work from their courtesy desk whilst I waited for them to finish the vehicle before me before moving on to mine.In the hour I was in there multiple people came in and received the same polite and friendly service, all repairs and options were costed and no hard sell or pressure tactics.At the end of the day, they found no obvious leak or issues with my tyre, pumped it back up, replaced the valve and cap and even refused to take any payment as “we didn’t fix anything” despite spending 45 mins on it.The honesty and professionalism was refreshing. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need to replace the tyres.

I have been at Goodyear Autocare three times with three different vehicles and issues. Perfect every time. In particular they resolved an issue with my campervan after two other places were not able to fix for a fraction of what I had already spent. Highly recommend
