Jack and the team at Mega Air customised our Daikin unit taking into consideration the aspect of our house, sunlight ingress, vent location and size of the unit for our needs. The system is so quiet, efficient and works discretely in the background. The digital room zoning and variable flow rate is an added bonus. Could not be happier with our investment.

Jack and the team at Mega Air recently installed a 16kw R/C system to our home, including ducting to 8 rooms. From the initial consult and advice right through to completion, they were outstanding - and the system works a treat. Couldn't recommend this business more highly.

Excellent Customer Service all the way through when looking to replace a large reverse cycle AC at West Beach.Harley was always punctual for visits, efficient with his time and clear with Communication.He also assisted with some options for repair before we settled on replacement.The boys did a great job removing the old system, installing the new one and cleaning up afterwards. A very professional operation.

Jack responded very quickly to my request for a quote, and provided an excellent quote on two different products (Daikin and Actron) after doing a detailed site visit. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and meticulous in his attention to detail.We liked him as a person and felt he was knowledgeable, sincere and trustworthy - in short, the sort of person we would want to undertake the supply and installation of our air conditioner.In the end, we decided to instal a Mitsubishi, which was not what Jack was able to quote on ... so ended up selecting another company.However, based on our experience with Jack (Mega Air), I would have no hesitation in recommending Mega Air to family and friends.
