Terrible customer service. After emailing admin about my experience, I received no communication, even after talking to them all morning to organise an appointment that didn’t happen because the lady kept seeing customers before me with an appointment. Disappointed as it seems to provide good services

BEWARE!!! Unhygienic!!!If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came to get my eyebrows threaded. The girls hands were extremely sweaty and she was getting all the sweat onto my face. I felt that the threads were wet and asked if it was wet to which she showed me her sweaty palms and smiled, reassuring me that the thread was not wet!!! She used her fingers to wipe my eyebrows while they were sweaty.In addition the thread kept snapping and dragging my eyelashes. She wanted to put the aloe gel on my eyebrows with her fingers rather than a cotton pad which was even more unhygienic. I had to leave without getting my eyebrows finished as I could not stand it any longer. The brush used to dust off eyebrow hairs was also a common brush- unhygienic. All the threading places I’ve been to before use cotton pads to dust off.Overall very disappointed with the service as the salon itself looks great.Do not recommend at all. BEWARE!!!

I had my eyebrows and upper lip done with Isho and she was terrific! Her attention to detail was great and the whole experience was very fulfilling and I walked away pleased with how my eyebrows were shaped as well as how I was treated!I will definitely be going back regularly :)Thank you Isho!
