First time visit to this salon. Very impressed. Ainsley did a great job of cut and colour. Other young girl did a fabulous job of massaging my head whilst do shampoo and conditioner. Great all round experience. Will definitely go back

This is the first time in my life I wake up in the morning and it looked like I have already styled my hair for the day. That is a sign of a good cut, accompanied by a warm reception, lovely reception at a great price. Hubby and I are so happy we found your guys xxx

This place is a joke. The prices on the website are purposely misleading! I booked online for a full head of foils and it stated it would cost $199 for the package deal.Once I arrived the lady quoted me $360 after adding on toner and a treatment which I assumed would have been included in the package deal.I suffer with anxiety so I find it hard to say no when I’m put on the spot so I reluctantly agreed.Once she finished the foils and washing my hair I asked if it would be okay if she brushed it and I just pay and leave as I had just finished a long shift at work and I was very tired.She told me no she wanted to blow dry it before I left and made me feel so uncomfortable so I stayed.Once she had finished my hair you could barley tell the difference. No one even knew I’d had it done. Horrendously overpriced and false advertising. I will never be back again.

I booked in Friday for a simple straight cut - the lady cutting my hair was lovely. I was in and out in 20 minutes - after getting home I realised that a little bit of hair that I usually tuck behind my ear had been entirely missed. After a wash & straighten I realised my hair was entirely different lengths on either side. I phoned the following day to have it fixed, during this appointment I was told that hair after a wash & straighten will sit differently - it definitely wasn't sitting different, found that a little nasty because it had been cut that way... this photo is after it had been 'fixed'..As a reply to your comment - you have NOT tried reaching out to me as I have not missed a phone call - the only rectification I will accept is a refund as you’ve already cut my hair twice & both times have been horrible. Additionally, your stylist cut my hair like this.

I had the best experience! Beth was so lovely, friendly and made me feel so welcome. My hair has never looked and felt better. I had forgotten how amazing fresh hair can make you feel. Thanks so much Beth, you did a beautiful job ❤️

The staff at infinity hair were professional and friendly. My daughter had her first hair cut there and she loved it, really enjoyed the process and the staff. Service provided was great and salon was very tidy clean and had a great atmosphere
