Went in to get a screen replacement which cost $160, to start with was good but the camera was filling up with dust ect that was getting inside my phone somehow that wasn't happening before. I brought it back to them to be told that it was virtually my own fault and they couldn't help it, that I would just have to clean the phone after every use once they cleaned that one time. I'm also assuming the screen they replaced it with wasn't very good quality as it cracks and shatters from very small not even elbow length drops. They were nice but personally won't be going back it was quite disappointingETA. Yes it was free of charge but my phone wasn't used in an overly dusty environment it was used as anyone else would and I don't see why it would start happening only after it was fixed" if it was my fault. The camera was barely useable after the dust got inside. Of course a phone is going to be in perfect condition once you give it to someone

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful. We bought some cases for our phones and tablets and had the screen replaced on our daughter's iphone. The screen was fixed within 20mins. Very reasonable price and great range of products. All in all, very happy.

My boyfriend bought a screen protector for 50 dollars, and let them replace it. The skill of the staff was not very good on that. They put the protector on the front camera and the side just block camera, makes camera can not work probably. Also lots of glue mark on phone, make phone looks very dirty evan we cleaned it. We trust their professional but we just only got disappointment.update: about the quality, yes you told us but just only about you won’t do perfect for on bobble under protector, you may have some on the side but at least not on middle of screen. Unfortunately there have 3 bobbles and one of them on middle and very easy to seem.We planned for replace due to the old one was not sticky enough. As you see before you replace, we have no bobble or glue on the screen, the old protector was put by ourselves. Yes we were wrong, we should just buy it home do it by ourselves. Sorry I will keep this score. Thanks for your kindness reply.

Great store & selection of cases for the majority of manufacturers and models. I've had multiple phones repaired here; screen replacements, sticky power button and microphone issues. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Sony parts not always kept in stock. Screen protectors aren't cheap. $$

1 star because I couldn't give less! They replaced the internal part of my charger in my mobile, within a week it wasn't charging properly no matter how many different chargers I tried, and my home" button started to stop working
