Mac Custom Built

Nathan from Mac custom built completed our project and my partner and I could not be happier with the result. Nathan kept us updated every step of the way via weekly email updates on the scope of works timeline and always ensured to keep us informed of the progress via phone calls and photographs. It was a smooth process and we were lucky with such a good builder. He was knowledgeable on what would work and where potential issues may occur before finishing each room. For example, we had specified a small fan for the bathroom however he knew that the fan would not be enough ventilation and installed a larger, more powerful fan all out of his good will without extra charge. This is just one of many examples where Nathan went out of his way to ensure we got the best result. Nathan and his team worked tirelessly to ensure each progress was completed on time (I know this because I went over to grab a ladder one night at 8pm and he was still there ensuring the job was done!) We had 5 other builders quote on the job and we felt most comfortable with Nathan and best of all, his quote was extremely competitive.
