Been dealing with Neale realty for three years now. Recommend as a tenant has no issues at all and good communication when any maintenance issues arise. In all my years as a renter I have never had a real estate that has been so helpful. Hopefully I have lots more years through this real estate to come.

It was great renting with Kelly from Neale Realty. It was our first time renting, and we had no rental history, so we are extremely appreciative to Kelly for trusting us with the property. In turn, we took care of the property better than if it were our own. Kelly is respectful, friendly and was patient with all of our queries! There are many horror stories when it comes to the industry, but I'm happy to have found a good one!

My wife and I rented with Kelly at Neal Realty for under 2 years and had a fantastic experience. We were quite nervous at the start as the previous place we rented with we're quite rude and unprofessional. But we were put at ease as Kelly was always very friendly and easy to talk with. And the few other staff we met during inspections were always very friendly and respectful.

10 years ago, I moved to Perth and Neale Realty property managed my house until I was forced to sell and had a 6-week deadline. Prue my property manager coordinated with Rosalind to ensure my house was in pristine condition for the sale and there was constant communication throughout the process. I was overseas at the time and Neale Realty marketed the property, sold the property and assisted in the settlement which I really appreciated. Thank you, Rosalind and Prue for the pleasant experience and rate this my best so far.
