Called them to try to find a leak in our swim spa plumbing. Came the next day and were actually early. Personable and friendly plumber turned up with the right kit. Unfortunately he couldn't find any really signs of leakage but did give me a clear view of our pipework. Price charged as quoted.

This company is so professional. They arrive on time and communicate clearly. Patrick and his apprentice Harry did a great job in repairing my leaking toilet in Jan 2023. Patrick came back in March 2023 to provide advice on flexi hoses and replaced ones that could have potentially caused problems. He didn’t replace those that did not show signs of rust. He explained clearly what I should look for when I inspect myself. The invoices that I received provided clear information on the tasks that had been carried out. This is in stark contrast to other plumbers that just note ‘parts and labour’ !I live in strata so any water leaks in my unit can affect other units as well which can have very expensive repercussions. This plumbing business runs rings around those ‘established’ plumbers in Newcastle.
