Yes, they have a decent customer service, plenty of options and are happy to match your price if you find your gadgets cheaper somewhere else. Not too bad, Jb, not too bad!

The staff were attentive without being pushy. It took some searching to get my product so I went shopping for 30 minutes. I received a phone call when it was ready and picked it up no hassles.

Good range of products. I always find it very difficult to find a sales assistant, probably made worse as the staff wear casual clothes so it's hard to tell who is an employee

Excellent customer care. I returned faulty earbuds twice and their technical assessments of the fault were reasonable and fast. Eventually they helped me choose a better product which I am very happy with. Thank you jbhifi Hornsby team!

So I have worked every part in the customer service industry for more than 20 years and most recently as a mystery shopper. Never ever have I not been served and then talked down to in front of other customers by the employee himself. Head office, management whomever if you are reading this please fire this young man he is doing a disservice to the company. Never again will I step foot in your store in Hornsby end encourage all customers to look elsewhere, may I suggest broadway? Josh was absolutely a gem and the experience was the polar opposite.
