So Ian installed a sliding door, full glassed window and a sliding window at my place in Dec 2022. The sliding door had a CrimSafe fly screen but he turned up with the sliding window without a fly screen. He installed the window with the promise that he would do up a CrimSafe fly screen soon and install it.This is now April 2023, and after numerous reminders and request I have yet to have the fly screen installed. Ian refuses to speak to me and only gets in touch with text messages (which have stopped in the last couple of months). And every time he says that he will get Ruby (apparently the admin person in the office) to get in touch with me regarding the fly screen. Haven't heard from this so called Ruby yet in the 4 months since, and don't know when Dimension Glass will install the fly screen. Totally DISAPPOINTING!!!!Also, when I painted the window frames, I realized that Ian had used extremely large nails when installing the frames to the building - took me extra time/effort to grind the nail heads down, fill it up, and sand it before I could paint over it.Steer clear of Dimension Glass if you can

Ian is one of the best tradesmen we have ever dealt with.His staff are so friendly, responsive and are clear with communication and timeframes.We have used Ian for 1. Fly screens on a post war house casement windows (every window a slightly different size - classic 1960’s). This didn’t phase Ian at all. 2. Glass table top on an Art Deco table. 3. Installation of a bespoke security screen door with puppy door.Ian always keeps you updated and if something changes as he works he will ask you first.Ian has also offered a few other helpful suggestions which we might do in the future.If you want a fair price, an honest and friendly bloke with good communication look no further.We will use this company a fourth time for sure.

Incomplete work, however they did fix after some time after multiple phone callsDelayed installation, however they did install itWindows leaked when rained, however they repaired silicon After several phone calls.Unable to lock window . However they fixed after several phone calls.When I raised my concerns, they promised that they would send someone around following day but I never heard anything ... However someone did come after 2 months and fixed on warranty after further call.

Great company always gets the job done on time and neatly.

Unprofessional and dishonest company.We had our double Bay windows repaired by this company and the spirals fell out immediately. They came back to repair the next day and explained it was a temp fix and the windows needed replacing. We wouldn't have bothered spending $1300 had we known this before.2 months later the windows broke again. Ian screwed them shut and then stopped responding to calls and messages.Dimension glass lied to the office of fair trading when we engaged them and our only path to a solution is now through QCAT.If you are looking for a professional, look further.

Nothing but great things to say about these guys! They professionally handled the entire process, all the way from sales to the final installation.
