I had a PRP hair treatment at the clinic with 2 very well trained and experienced nurses. Very professional girls, on time, clean site, used asceptic non touch technique. And I can see the results after first sitting. I have already booked another session. Anyone with hairfall issues like I had must consider PRP hair treatment, I highly recommend it.

This was a poor experience. I bought a $600 package for 6 laser hair removal which came with another free $600. The free $600 somehow got used on a very small area of my chin for 6 treatments, that is very unfair. There were continual stuff changes and very young stuff members who just joined a month ago were training another stuff, the knowledge of settings and best results process was lost. It’s unpleasant to continually have a new person serving you. The laser treatment was slow with people applying cold gel on you in a very slow motion as if it’s a pleasant procedure, I think everything can be done a lot faster. Overall the result is very insignificant.

I have been seeing Abby and Rita for PRP treatment on my hair (which is thinning) and my face. They are completely professional, lovely girls who know exactly what they are doing and are very good at what they do.This treatment works, if you find you have thinning hair, I would thoroughly recommend coming to see them for this treatment.

Left me with a large burn and didn't send the refund they agreed to.When I arrived for my Brazilian wax they had double-booked appointments and the beauty therapist was in a rush for time and, while she was very nice, she rushed and ended up using wax that was too hot. So hot that it left a large burn. I left the next day for a holiday and emailed the studio upon return and explained what happened and asked for a refund. I was offered a full refund. Then after a few days went by they emailed again to say they would offer a partial refund, which I was disappointed with but accepted.Then they emailed to say they had sent the refund but I never received it and was ignored when I emailed to follow it up.Overall terrible customer service and would not recommend to anyone.

I had seven PRP hair sessions at Deluxe clinic, i had amazing results from the sessions,the staff was really professional and efficient, I was always attended on time. I would highly recommend this place if you are experiencing hair thinning or hair loss.
