Troy was terrific to deal with. He arranged all the trades required for our flood insurance repair work in a timely manner. He answered all my questions - there were a lot - professionally and quickly. The work was completed with minimal disruption to my families’ busy schedule. So pleased Troy looked after us.

ProBuild have their team working currently on my home in Rochester Victoria which was flooded in October last year. This team cannot be faulted. They are honest, efficient, easy to aske questions about their work and the steps involved. They are friendly. The replacement water tank has been installed this morning by John and Aiden. I would like to commend both on their excellent work and the way in which they respected my property, they communicated well in the lead up to the installation and were always on time. They removed all the remnants of the old tank and any bits andk pieces that were left. I was also pleased by the communication provided by Brooke during this time. I will happily recommend them and your organisation in the future.

It has been such a great experience dealing with Probuild. Our house was hit by lightning twice during a recent storm which caused a great deal of damage due to our tin roof acting as a conductor. The strikes took out our solar panels, inverter, water heater, antenna, NBN router, oven and damage to the house exterior walls just to mention a few.Brooke from Probuild was indeed proactive. She organised repairs and tradies without us having to chase her. Brooke immediately started getting the work done, liaising with the insurance company and us. It's been so refreshing to deal with a company that takes the pressure off us as they have done. My experience with ProBuild has exceeded all my expectations with regards to dealing with a 3rd party through my insurance claim. My 1st interaction was with the building assessor Jed who was punctual, respectful of my situation & thorough. He assessed the damage and wrote a clear & concise report.The next step was to liaise between Probuild & Virgin Money Insurance to sort out how my claim would be dealt with. Patricia in their head office was a delight to deal with. She sorted out everything for me so that Virgin Money would respect my situation, fulfil their obligation to me and organise a painter to finish off the repairs to my house. It was a smooth process and within a week it was all sorted.The last part was the painting. Probuild sent a painter to my house to repair the walls that were damaged by my water leak. The painter, Jamie, was amazing. Not only did he turn up on time, he had a smile on his face, matched the paint (which I had been quite nervous about as my house was painted 13 years ago & I had no idea of the colour) and seemed to love his job. He left my house perfectly clean, the painting was seamlessly matched and I was SO happy.He had accidentally broken the little security snib on my entrance door, which admittedly is a little tricky to use. I didn’t mention it to him at the time, as he was such a delightful human being & I felt bad that I hadn’t opened the door for him, so that I could have avoided this. But upon calling Patricia to explain what had happened, no questions asked, it was replaced the next day.In all my years of dealing with companies, large & small, in my private life & in business, I’ve never had such an ‘enjoyable’ experience with what could have been a huge headache. I commend all the staff, both at Probuild, Virgin Money Insurance and Premier Painting. Well done to all involved.
