JB Hi-Fi Morayfield HOME

Have been a repeat customer with JB Hi Fi for years. Feel sorely let down with the latest experience. Wanting to get an iPhone 14, we got prices and initial advice from salesperson. He advised of a rare opportunity for a sale price if withTelstra which we were. Turns out this was incorrect as we found out when we went to purchase it there the next day. Got phone home to find out we required a charger ( not included with phone). Another trip back to the store to purchase one. Apologies for not being to at time of purchase. Switching from android to Apple so asked questions relating to this which were not able to be addressed. It is not good enough to say ‘ everyone here uses android (Samsung), download the app or watch YouTube. If you sell Apple products there needs to be at least one person in store who has at least some product knowledge and can answer some reasonable questions relating to the product. Dealing with older people whose technology knowledge is still developing requires a whole lot more support than is being offered at this store. Am returning the charger as it is not the one required. Not a happy customer .

The item I purchased was incomplete, so I went into the store to get another. Service was friendly and very helpful. I really appreciated it.

Staff are always happy to help and stock levels are always decent. Easy to click and collect and layout is easy to follow. Reminiscent of WOW.

JB HIFI Morayfield need to refresh training for staff on customer service. Products are not unique and they are not the lowest price. I can't say I've ever been turned away from a service request, but consistently my experience here has been that staff will provide the briefest response just to get clear of you. At times abrupt, and today's phone call was no exception. Far from going the extra mile. I work for a large MNC and we are all about customer perceptions, because without the customers there is no point to operating. I will buy somewhere else today.

Staff are always available to help and assist you. Their prices are competitive and in many cases they will price match.

Not able to collect my order as I nominated someone else for pick up but it didn't go through correctly.I am unable to collect this myself so I have no way of getting my product.I was advised to contact online sales to sort it out only to be told I would have to cancel the order and place it again, which is fine, except they said I would no longer receive the pre order bonus.This will be the last time I purchase anything from JBHIFI if this isn't sorted out.

I was served today by the manager Josh who was very kind and accommodating. He handled a return for me and recommended I talk to one of the tech staff Luke who was very knowledgeable and understanding and helped me find the product best suited for me. Both of them are amazing staff members. Will definitely be returning to shop at JBHIFI Morayfield.

Very friendly manager... helped me with my earpods even though was out of warranty.. got me a good deal ... I ended up buying more stuff... Had a good experience...

Customer service is terrible at this store . I have experienced this a few times now at Morayfield JBI—- as I mentioned to security as I was leaving . I now question why I returned today. Referring to paying customers as DARL is just so un professional and so not cool . Please management - have a good look at your team . Some serious re training in customer service is required . A smile and eye contact goes a long way .I witnessed eye rolling at a customer in front of me today . That is just terrible on so many levels . I thinkthe staff may forget - it’s the paying customers pay the wages . It’s a uncomfortable shopping experience at JBIMorayfield unfortunately.
