When you go to places like this you are a bit nervous and apprehensive but soon as I walk in the reception was so nice to me and very helpful. I wa# taken in for my ultra sound and the two radiologists were so kind and friendly, great place. Thank you.

13/1, I needed an urgent MRI on my spine but couldn't get an appointment at Port Macquarie sooner than 1-3 weeks.I rang Mayo Clinic, Taree, spoke to Debbie on reception and she could not have been more helpful.Debbie went out of her way to get me an appointment that same day.She was not just compassionate, caring and empathetic to me, I heard her show this attitude to everyone she spoke to.Thank you very much Debbie from Steph N.

While the imaging staff are helpful and caring, the reception staff are abrupt and rude to visitors and callers alike. Combatitive and unpleasant to deal with.
