this people don't know what customer service is. it would be lot better if your sales person interested more than just selling and getting their commission. secure land in one of their estate, signed contract, and they did not provide copy of sign contract to us at that time, Were told we will email contract to you. did not receive that. after emailing so many time finally received sign pages of contract where one of most important signed page was only scan half. contact sales person, and he refuse to help in clear word. ask us to follow it up with our conveyancer to get copy of signed contract. Well if we are buying from you, it is your bloody job and duty to provider us signed copies of contract and not our conveyancer. I am paying conveyancer to do conveyancing job and not your part of the job. and clearly refusing to provide that signed pages is ridiculous. plus we were told we will get regular update about work going on at site and will regularly keep posted about what stage our land is and how far in terms of releasing. its been 4 months, and after contacting sales person so many times, still we are in dark about what work has been done and how far away land is in term of settlement. well we need to know as we have to organise financing. pathetic people to dela with. they only talk nice when they want to sell you, andonce they get their commission, you are on your own. avoid buying form them.Adding extra to your reply as i cant reply to your comment:- where should i give my info??you are replying in a comment that provide your lot info and estate, and on other hand you are not providing your contact details on where i should send my info. This shows how serious you are in resolving problem. Neither your website has contact us option,where i can send it. And of course your sales person is of no use from whom we bough land after he has got his commission. and your customer service manager do not know what is customer service is, as even after contacting no update yet even after 4 months of buying land.

Not happy with this developer. We have reported that someone has dumped rubbish in our vacant land in Cranbourne East. The only I had was “unfortunately we cannot do anything about it”. I have made another complaint this week that our land has been having clutters since the start of constructions of the neighbour’s house which includes spare woods dumped in our property. The only reply I got is “we are unable to assist you with this” and told me to speak to the neighbour’s builder.. Very poor customer service. They should be the one talking or at least calling/emailing the owner of the property..

Absolutely pathetic response to phone calls or emails never answered. Promising titles/settlement and delaying every month. Currently a 7month delay since we were first told we would settle!! Now every week they promise updates but we have to call and CHASE the updates! Not to mention the ridiculous estate guidelines and corporate body fees we were NOT informed of when buying land. Won't be buying in a wolfdene estate again.

Land titles delayed by 6 months at donnybrook but they only give one week to settle. Most of the developers offer 2 weeks to settle. Its not fair that customers wait so long for the land to get titled but when it comes to them, they cant wait and expect payment asap. To make it worse you not only pay penalties but also get slapped by a fee from their lawyers.Their design review team is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My builder said they have never worked with a developer with such confusing and picky requirements.To sum it all up, I now feel like it was a mistake that I purchased a land with Wolfdene/Blueways at The Platform estate in Donnybrook.

Very non processional agent. Put a deposit down. Wait for 2 years then find out the development is failed to complete. Then, they don't help on anything to get our deposit back. So, we paid our own conveyancer to chasing up all around the places. If you are thinking dealing with Wolfdene, You are better stay away if possible.

Very bad experience dealing with their Estate Design Team for the Platform Estate. Kept insisting that the colour of my letterbox must match the colour of the house exactly even though estate guideline only said that it should only be complementary!Also wanted me to follow my landscape plan exactly but the plan itself indicated that the landscape is only a guide! Clearly it is not going to be 100% identical due to builder plan change and difficulty of sourcing exact same plant types due to COVID lockdown!Threaten to take further action with me not succumbing to their unreasonable demand!

So far the work completed prior to my defect inspection last Thursday, I am extremely disappointed with the work. I wasn't expecting the finish to be the same as a display home, however, what I have seen so far in terms of the condition it was in for my inspection before settlement leaves a lot to be desired. Settlement was supposed to happen before Christmas, but I doubt they will fix anything before then. The paint job is horrendous and there are marks throughout the home. There is also poor workmanship throughout most bathrooms and cupboard space. I am hoping they will fix everything prior to my settlement, but their response so far has been very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with them unless things are fixed quick smart so I can hopefully change my bad review of them.Your response since my last review above is not true. Items above are in the defects report. What I am looking for is rectification of all items listed prior to settlement as would any purchasor.

I have recently purchased a property at a Wolfdene development and from the very first interaction Wolfdene has been incredible to deal with. They provide incredibly prompt responses to questions via both phone and email, never longer than one business day to respond. Nothing is ever to much trouble or to silly a question to ask. Wolfdene has provided the same lever of service both before and after settlement and has kept up communication throughout the whole process, ensuring buyers were never in the dark and kept to their estimated time lines to provide updates and results etc. I can't recommend Wolfdene and its staff enough!

Bought a townhouse at Saratoga. Paid for an upgrade for tapware and toilet to find out we only got the same toilet as everyone else (we were not notified until we asked). The only upgrade they provided were the taps. I understand and appreciate the reason to not upgrade the toilet as stated in the contract but is it not reasonable to provide those who have actually PAID $1000 for an upgrade with some sort of compensation?Many other reasons for 1 star rating which the marketing team has yet (>1 month now) get back to me for. In short, great marketing, poor delivery and empty promises.Update: 9 months since settlement, defects are finally fixed and the recreation centre is underway. Rated them 2 stars instead of 1 since they fixed the defects and poor finishing without much hassle. The employees/contractors are actually really nice people. I feel embarrassed for them to be working for such a company. We have yet to receive any response regarding the above issue at this point - we have given up to save ourselves from the emotional stress. Safe to say, we will not recommend them to anyone.
