Met one of the nicest and most helpful salesman. Looking for motorcycle oil filter which wasn’t in stock but salesman went out of his way to assist me. Didn’t get his name unfortunately.

As motorists we require certain products to complete our vehicle services or build and you provided the necessary parts at a short waiting timeframe. It’s what customers want in a good efficient and friendly service. Customers don’t like to wait and we are discerning I know but a good supplier like Repco will meet the challenge and keep their customers happy. Good quality products both aftermarket or OEM. Price wise they are competitive with other retailers but it’s good affordable stuff. I bought Repco RCT ceramic brake pads and no squeaks, no squeal, no heavy pad dust residue and great pad bedding to my rotor disc. Great product and fits my old BMW 318is E30 perfectly.

I called the store 15mins before they closed, asked them too put the products aside that I needed and told them I would be there before they closed. Got to the door 3mins before they closed and everything was shut, very poor considering I explicitly told the person I will be there before their 4pm closing time. What a joke and waste of time, poor customer service, next time I will stick with SCA.

Waited 10 mins for click and collect order with only one other person in the shop.

Took a worn Subaru Forrester engine pulley to match up with what their system said would fit my car. Turns out their system is wrong. Despite this the 2 lads there searched for different ones even using vernier callipers to measure up different options. They didn't find a part that was suitable but their effort was commendable!

The guy who works there is very honest and helpful. He offered some good advice. You don't come across such people very often. I bought my oil at a bargain price
