I was assisted in having my bloods and an ECG done by a truly delightful woman yesterday, I believe her name was Evelyn. I experience mild panic attacks, and blood tests are usually quite a stressful experience sometimes, and I was already exhausted having worked all night, and the late night coffee had me feeling a bit anxious that morning, but she was such a delight to talk to and was both so simultaneously amusing, kind and professional that I didn't even think about the process once, and she had drawn blood while we were chatting before I even realised she had begun or mentioned my panic attacks.She also made getting the ECG, not an awkward experience at all. It is very comforting to know I now have a clinic I can go to where I don't have to be worried I will have a panic attack, and leave having a better day than when I went in thanks to your wonderful staff.

Very efficient,prompt and extremely pleasant staff

The nurse was so sweet and lovely in Grovedale and I honestly did not feel the needle go in at all for the blood sample. When she said she was done I thought she was kidding. Everything was so quick and straight forward.However, there’s a nurse who works at the clinical labs in Highton and she’s a rude Biatch. It’s like you’re wasting her time and she’s consistently like this, it’s not a one off bad day.

I mean they stick you with needles. I'm probably the only one to give 5 stars. That make me sadistic? Anyway had my blood drawn there a few times and I'm difficult one. Always a straightforward experience.

I was supposed to go to another ACL that had told me to come in with no booking (despite me trying to book). On the day, the pathologist was away and I was directed to go to a nearby ACL. I came here to Grovedale, where they DO need appointments (unbeknownst to me). The lovely pathologist, despite having a full day of bookings, fit me in.Thank you so much to the Grovedale clinic. This pregnant lady, who had been fasting for 12 hours and had had a very stressful morning, is so grateful!

Quick and friendly service walked in, walked out.

Very professional lady that did my blood test. She was run off her feet, but still made you feel welcome. I know staffing is hard at the moment with covid and other health issues. This lady took it all on her shoulders and gave everyone her best care. Very happy with the way it was all handled.
