I don't usually write reviews but just got back to my office to find this is my portion of fries with my meal. Are they for real? I bought an additional portion for a Friend too. Just as disappointing in size and taste. Need an actual portion and to be cooked longer. The burger and chicken strips were also quite bland in taste. I wouldn't bother again.

Open barely a monthBeen twice.1) chicken wrap cold and the cheese was just cold. Extremely cold wrap.2) 12:45pm and no Fried chicken ready. Would be a 15minute wait. Only boneless ready.How is chicken not ready at lunch time peak?Last time I was here the manager was loudly blasting someone being 1 hour late. Probably should focus on being on time with the food as well.

I want to like this place. I really do. But they have a staff/training issue. Of 3 visits, my order has been wrong on each occasion. You can just see and feel a lack of skill, organisation and service in the restaurant. Today, while the order was correctly taken, all 3 items I ordered were incorrect. Even when the 'corrected' burger came back it was still missing the extra bacon I paid for. Taste is pretty good, but not worth the wait and incompetence.

I Recently visited this establishment and ordered the boneless baconary box, the direct rival to the KFC ultimate box and I must say I was impressed. The chicken in the burger was tender and juicy and potato and gravy basically the same as it’s Kentucky fried counterpart which is always excellent. The restaurant was busy and I still received my meal in under 5 minutes and still was told apologies for the wait. Overall a great first experience and I will be returning in the future.

Save yourself from disappointment and just go to ogalo next door.Group of 3 decided to try this place out. We all had a bad experience. Burger buns were stale. They microwaved the chicken for the burger in front of you. The fried chicken was dry and had a strange smell which ruined my appetite. Service was also very slow I waited approx 25 minutes for 2 piece box.They also rated themselves under their own name with 5 stars.

Ordered the original crunchy chicken - better than I expected. The batter was crispy but not oily, and the chicken was tender and moist.Minus 1 star for the poorly trained staff that were working that day.

Chicken was terrible.Bacon (if you can call it that) didn’t look cooked and resembled ham more than anything.Onion wasnt cooked either and slopped on.Bun was average.Will definitely never eat there again. This place will more than likely not survive (and I hope so too)

Solid burgers, great service, and they even threw in free sauce. I would give up my first born to eat here. Highly recommended.
