Basic shopping for groceries. Delicatessen has good selection of food for lunches or tea. Range from cold meat, fresh salads, pizzas, chicken dishes, and vegie bakes.

Great customer service this afternoon NOT! Was purchasing a small Cos Lettuce could not see the price displayed. Arrived at the checkout...no price showing when barcode scanned. Checkout operator sought advice from management..... Lady Manager made both myself and the assistant feel like rubbish. I was told small is same price as large so “go get a large one”! Nope sorry not acceptable customer service - small vs large is not same price. Good luck keeping customers - you just lost a local who spends regularly and who will now encourage others to shop up the street.

Won't mention any names but there is one women that works there it's got to a point were I'm scared to ask for something out if the hot bay it dosnt matter how polite you are she will winge and make you feel guilty for asking her for something anything so quick to jump down your throat for absolutely nothing all I'm doing is asking for some food I think if you are that stressed out and u hate dealing g with customers then maybe this job isn't for you .

I was recently looking for a particular product, but didn’t want to drive down from Bellingen without being sure that the supermarket stocked it. Tracy offered absolutely five star customer service by finding the product, taking a photo, and sending it to me to review.When we got there, she identified us straight away and was very courteous and kind, particularly to my elderly father. This is what shopping local is all about. Thanks so much!

For a small place like Urunga they have a good range of groceries and you also have the opportunity to buy a rod and reel, if you want to go fishing.

You walk into a happy atmosphere with young ladies all smiling, you will find a whole range. Of groceries as well as a complete selection of precooked meals at the hot food bar.Very hard to make decisions when you're hungry.
