This McDonalds was disgusting, all of my food was cold and never in my life have I not enjoyed a hash brown and chips.The food had no flavour and was so over priced, all the tables were dirty including the seats and the bathrooms were revolting.Even the playground was terrible with nothing to do and I would rather Stare at a wall.I would never go again and do not recommend going and wasting all your money on terrible food.

30 minute wait in the drive through this afternoon at 1pm. Finally got to pick up my food and there was no apology or explanation for the wait. Luckily the food was fresh and hot - and the order was correct.

Most beautiful staff were on shift at 10:30pm on Wednesday 22nd March. Absolutely everyone I was served by in the drive through were so genuine and kind.I’ve never encounter such excellent customer service and I’ll definitely be returning.I’m so so impressed with how soft spoken everyone was and just so kind

By far, the worst McDonald’s in Victoria. The wait times in the drive through are literally hazardous considering everyone gets blocked in with no way out. If an emergency was to occur you would be stuck. They get every single order wrong, they can’t even read a screen with orders on it. You pay for what you want and you get nothing near what you ordered. Most of the staff either needs to be replaced or retrained. It’s frustrating how close it is to where I live, but I’m forced to drive further out just so we can actually get what we paid for.

They often times seem confused and lost, some employees also behave in a very ‘I have better stuff to do’ nature. Like not a acknowledging you after thanking them or getting visibly unhappy when you ask for things like straws or napkins

The lady at the window on Tuesday night was so rude maybe she should do a course in manners.Shoved the eftpos machine in my face and then slams the window after I payed ordered a milkshake wasn’t even full. Basically half emptied. Very poor service.

No soap in the toilets (and only cold water taps), toilets incredibly dirty and tables in restaurant were not clean. No staff available to assist, could see staff up the back chatting but non appeared to be actually doing anything. We decided not to eat given the lack of cleanliness. It was not busy at the time.

Worst fries it could be, cold and dead. Burger was dry and less to no sauce at the edge in the burger.Within seconds this was delivered from order to pick up window. They just gave a pre packed order that was for different customer. The moment I received it I could make it out.The sad part is I’m quite a regular to this outlet. No going here , will for sure take the drive to halls road outlet in the future.
