Almost never responded to emails. Took ages to get anything done never stuck to time lines promised then did a poor job resulting in multiple leaks that they fixed but wouldn’t take responsibility for costing me a huge amount of money in water bills.

The quality they used for the artificial lawn and pebble pathway is really good. The job looks neat and professional. My only problem was the responsiveness and rescheduling the timelines many times. But Jenny and Joe were able to respond and make action right away of my issues.Other than that, I’m happy with the results.

I’m pretty happy with the finished product, garden looks great and is surviving really well. Majority of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. I was able to communicate really well with Jenny, who was very professional in her role, helpful, pleasant and really polite, which made it very easy when I did need to raise any concerns or ask for updates.

We recently had them create our front garden for our newly built home in AlkimosBeach and what a fabulous result.The friendly team of 3 arrived on a stinkingly hot day and over the next 48hours put together a beautiful result for us and left the place with barely a mark to show they had even been there.Wouldn’t hesitate to have them back, thank you.

Im really pretty disappointed in the end result. The people I dealt with were great but the quality of work didn't deliver. End caps on retic drip lines were left off, sprinklers aren't set at the right heights and so don't cover the lawn properly, one sprinkler sprays directly in my living room no drip line installed in my planter box, $600 for an aluminium edge that isn't even installed straight. I gave them the opportunity to fix it but they haven't. I now have to dig up up the whole retic system to make it right. Definitely wouldn't recommend.*Update*Just spent more money fixing the poor job this company have done. Patches of turf that have died follow the exact lines of the turf laid. Poor water coverage from sprinkler heads at different heights also causing turf to die.More than 9 months on and still not reply from them, pretty good indication that once they take your money they couldnt care less.DO NOT USE!

Installed our front lawn and gardens. Retic will need to be redone as the coverage is poor. Landscape elements were given one direction, we would like native plants, for the most part they followed this but on completion we noticed several plants had been substituted and non natives used. When we raised this with them they offered to replace the non natives, then ghosted us. Disappointing service, would not recommend using a company that operates with such little care for its customers

*Warning*Do not use Landscape Elements.Within 2 weeks or our grass being laid, the gras has died in places.The rolls of grass were laid directly on top of sand without preparing the ground.The pebbles where laid directly on top of the sand with no underlay. The pebbles have already mixed with sand.Tried to contact Landscape Elements, they said it is normal for the grass to die apparently.No help from anyone there , they got the money and now they don’t care, they stopped responding all together.

Tried over quoting landscaping to get more money, got found out then quoted correct price. Installed reticulation control in wrong spot and didn’t hardwire to mains outlet, instead drilled into wall of house and run conduit down wall- tried charging me full price for something I didn’t want/ pay for.
