terrible makeup application. hair was done well.

I booked the Glam Package for $170 which includes, blow dry, style and makeup. The makeup application was terrible, that i had to go home and remove the makeup. I felt uncomfortable through the whole experience, because they had two people doing my makeup. There was fallout under my eye, no concealer was used, foundation was blotchy and did not match my skin tone, the eye makeup was terrible, it was not blended and the eyeliner was not a straight line.Please do not waste your money on a makeup service they cannot deliver. The hair service however was alot better.

I am extremely happy with the customer service that JA Double bay has provided. The salon staff made sure they attended my every need and looked after me with utmost respect. The salon is also kept exceptionally clean.Thank you guys for your tremendous work.

Please stay away from this place here . I came here as they were offering a colour package. I have balayage in my hair prior to this and asked if it’s possible to match the roots to the ends . They said they can but it will be slightly warmer , however they also said it will blend together nicely and with a use of purple shampoo it will be ok. The way they styled it it looked fine. Next day I washed my hair with lots of purple shampoo and yet the colour it’s totally yellow not blending with the rest of my hair AT ALL. Not to mention they quoted me one thing and then charged me something else ( apparently they had to use more colour) . I’ll now have to go somewhere else to get this disaster fixed. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
