Very disappointing. Engaged to perform a delimitation survey on a terraced property and they constantly over-promised and under-delivered. The whole process took twice as long to complete and I had to chase them at every step of the way for progress updates.

Do not use them, as their quote will mislead you and they wont deliver.Quoted to provide a survey to meet DA requirements, never delivered boundary survey. I had to hire a new company to complete the work. Paul has now refused to align two drawings, meaning I need to ask the proper and professional company to re-do their work. I am loosing $1200 nowIf I could, I would put zero stars to Paul's business. I have to leave Paul a negative feedback due to misleading me as a client. I have requested a detailed survey for a job in Newtown and was assured that boundaries survey will be included in the detailed survey they do for the DA approval. It has been confirmed via email to my architect. However, it was completely untrue and misleading. Paul got the job, completed the survey without performing the boundaries survey. He wrote to me afterwards that limited title would require significantly more work. I now have to spend more money with a more professionally behaved surveyor. Would not recommend Paul's company as they try to win the work and then do half the job. Hope this would help others to avoid my experience with SCS surveyors.

I recently engaged Paul to carryout some surveying works, he sent Justine to do so, I can highly recommend Paul and his team as they were very professional and easy to deal with.

Paul was happy to survey and produce a map out of his ordinary line of work. The 3 D scanner was cool. Paul had the map ready ahead of time and worked with us until it was exactly as required by the auditor.
