As a professional artist I use Pack and Send South Yarra because they are object packing experts. I get them to make crates and send my artwork all over the world. Easy and reliable. I shipped 12 boxes to India recently and many other companies I had contacted either refused to ship them or sounded dodgy. I called up Pack and Send, spoke to Tony Mendico on a Tuesday and by Friday the same week, all my paperwork was in order and he came and personally picked up all my boxes from home. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was easy and straightforward for me - to the point that he also explained why sending all the boxes by sea was a cheaper and safer option for certain destinations. The boxes reached India in just over a month and everything inside had remained perfectly intact, including all the glassware and ceramics. The shipping company they used had provided all the necessary tracking information as well, which made the entire process easy and hassle-free. I would highly recommend their services.

They LOST my package, tracking said it was delivered 4 weeks ago and it wasn't. They have stopped replying to my emails. The last thing they told me is 'it will turn up eventually'. Completely unacceptable and I am outraged. It's been lost for weeks. I used to love pack and send and used it all the time, never, ever again.

Having not had much experience with using couriers before I would have to say that this was positively a good one, largely due to the effervescent Mario who clearly has an enviable passion for his job! I purchased a painting from Leonard Joel in Melbourne and contacted Tony at Pack and Send South Yarra to arrange shipment. He was very helpful and was obviously up to speed on shipping high value works of art internationally to the UK. After instructing Tony to ship the picture it arrived promptly and safely in Jersey in perfect condition.
