Women's Fitness Trainer | IN2LifePT | IN2Life Personal Training is for women at all stages of life & motherhood. We help women to feel strong & healthy from the inside out by providing safe & effective exercises in all of our programs. Our 1:1 & women’s group fitness sessions include a variety of cardio,resistance & core stability exercises helping our clients to improve tone, strength & fitness. We are passionate about helping women step IN2 a new life of strength & confidence through fitness & community.

Sarah is amazing.I have trained with other PTs it the past before but by far she has been the best PT I have experienced. She is very proficient with training women at all stages of their life with various issues. She is very passionate about women's health and improving it via fitness. She will cater to all fitness needs and plan very personalised programs for her clients to achieve their goals. I look forward to training with Sarah every week.

I've been training with Sarah for a few years on and off now and have always felt supported and in good hands. I have a few complications which means I can't do some things but Sarah always finds ways to tailor my program taking into consideration those challenges. Sarah's special focus on women's health and fitness is something that sets her apart from a lot of trainers and she is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her.

Group training with Sarah is great! She provides a wide variety of exercises every time - meaning you don't get bored and ensure you work out every part of your body.She's very friendly and great with kids and babies if you need to bring them along. Highly recommended!

I've been training with Sarah for almost six months now and for someone like me .. who's never been into any kind of workouts/fitness routine, this is a great place. Sarah provides constant encouragement throughout the fitness sessions. Sarah also motivates us to focus on our mental health and well-being. Depending on our fitness levels, she provides different options for workouts for each and everyone of us. I'm really grateful for her knowledge and patience.It feels great to be a part of this fun loving community where am sure everyone will feel welcomed. I strongly recommend in2life PT to anyone who is in search of a great PT.

Sarah is an incredible coach and fantastic at developing a personalised training program for me. I have not trained for many years but with Sarah’s help, patience & understanding I’m now back exercising and actually enjoying it! I started training with Sarah after my 3rd baby. I love training outdoors in the fresh air. Sarah is friendly, fun and encouraging. She is so good at providing individually modified exercises for each person in the class so everyone can benefit no matter what fitness level. Sarah is a fantastic PT, she is extremely motivating and will do all she can to help you achieve your goals.I started training with Sarah when I had an injury. I was unsure about starting training at this time but Sarah gave me tailored exercises and checked on me all the time which made me feel very comfortable. Plus she even gave me exercises to do at home that would help my recovery and help strengthen the area, which helped me a lot!Not only is Sarah very knowledgeable but she is genuinely a lovely person.
