Exclusive Beats

We had our amazing anniversary party last weekend at the Exclusive Beats Boutique. I wish I could rate the experience I had there more than 5 stars.The venue manager, Craig, was so friendly, down to earth, easy to communicate, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first interaction to the very last, absolutely everything has been so easy. He looked after everything, helped us through every single step and really exceeded all of our expectations. Anything we asked him, the only answer we heard was “too easy”, and it was literally service with a smile. Nothing was left second-best!The space was just perfect, and we could decorate it to whatever we had in our minds. Also, the magical fairy lights draped on the ceiling made all of our photos something out of a dream!We really liked that we could choose our own caterers. We have had so much positive feedback from our family/friends about the awesome venue and the service.We would 100% recommend working with Craig and having your event at his incredible studio, if you want a stress-free and a fun night you'll always remember.Thank you again for making this celebration such a success. You are a legend!

We held a special event here on the weekend and I was absolutely blown away by everything - my expectations were far exceeded.The venue is just divine, so beautiful and rustic. Those fairly lights against the black ceiling are just magical. It wasn't a particularity warm day but as the venue heated up with all the people inside the aircon kept the space very comfortable.I had rented a food truck to cater my function. On the day the food truck couldn't park out the front so they had to park around the back of the venue. While that could of been a big issue it was no stress with these professionals - one of the bar staff did a quick pivot and worked with the food truck to bring around canapes and serve our guests.Craig and his colleague worked the bar like a pro. Friendly, professional and efficient - no one was left waiting.And on the odd occasion where someone accidentally broke a rule (or a glass!) although I was mortified it was quickly rectified.A truly wonderful space at an incredible cost - you won't be disappointed.

Super special venue for a milestone birthday celebration. The beautiful interior with fairy lights provided a classy, magical ambience. Party budget was balanced by being able to bring in our own drinks and catering food from local restaurants (didn't need a kitchen and we loved being able to shape it to what we wanted to do). Great idea to provide bar service using our own drinks, included in venue cost - nice element for guests to be served. Glad we also engaged Craig to teach us some dance moves, added an extra partying element. Nothing was too hard for Craig and Freya. Lots and lots of wow" feedback from our guests on the venue and service. Thanks for a memorable evening. Highly recommended!"
