Horrific customer service, Have been a customer for 3 years, solar panels have had issues, trying to get some support. No response to multiple emails, continuously told we will get someone to call you back.. Still waiting. Would go somewhere else.

We had purchased an additional system from Sapphire and the workmanship was excellent. We now have 12kW of solar and 29kWh of battery power. We have s Tesla and now 16kWh off Goodwe battery. Ross gave us excellent advice and the installation by Stefan was first class. Very happy.

Smooth and efficient process. Ross was very knowledgeable about the regulatory environment and specifications of the system, and customised the system to my needs and had it installed quickly.

Sapphire Solar have been great to deal with and very attentive to my need for information. Ross provided all the detail up front and Mong guided me through it. When I didn't quite get my ste ready for the inverter and battery they were able to accommodate me and came back to finish off the battery. The install was tricky with a complex roof line but they were able to maximise the potential and sort it out. Thank you Sapphire Solar and team.

We have had a 14kWh PV system and 10kWh battery for a little over 12 months now and it has been flawless.The install team did a fantastic job keeping me in in the loop the entire time.I would recommend Sapphire Solar for your PV or battery install.

I had put a 1 star review after my very bad experience with Sapphire. It was a nightmare for me that lasted almost 5 months to get my almost 30% upfront deposit back after I exercised the supposedly 10 days cooling period within the 1st day!!Anyway, Sapphire called and asked me to remove my review as it was affecting their business.I complied.I may have done them a favor but in retrospect, I feel that I have done the public a disfavor.All I would like to say now (as a public service) is to tell people to please get a (Clean Energy Council) CEC accredited installer to do your installation.Sapphire is not one and perhaps they may want to do that too as a public service.This is a neutral 3 stars review.I hope this review is ok for all concerned.
