Not sure why this place has good reviews. Was laughed at yesterday and told by the salesperson (who finally served me after I waited at the front desk for about 20 minutes as they spoke in Farsi to the customer ahead of me) that it's my house and that I need to know what paint to choose...I would've got better service at Bunnings and the price of the paint here is the same as Bunnings as well.

Last week I visited the Dural store. I had an idea of what I wanted for my bedroom. Michaela the sales assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable. ..she helped me choose the right paint colours, tools and accessories. She undertood exactly what I was thinking of and helped me achieve my dream look. I couldn't of made a purchase without her. Highly recommended.

The rudest people/shop owners i have ever met. Google searcg for a dulux product directed me to this specific branch.Upon arrival, they said they do not carry such brand. I showed them the Google search and they were so rude to arguw that they do not carry the product and that i was wrong.Upon leavung, they were talking un their local language ...NEVER COME HERE...Stick with Bunnings for price and service !!!

When you deal with these awesome people, you feel the excellent customer service and the good feeling after purchasing. Matt , the owner, was extremely friendly and fantastic in conveying the knowledge he has in a effective and effortless manner for me to understand. I had to write this because I felt compelled to, and I really hope it finds its way to you because you are fabulous!

A truly life changing experience.The service was simply impeccable. The heart wrenching yet complex smell of fresh paint, almost brought tears to my eyes.Every product, every second, has been placed with unimaginable care, to make your time at the store feel like a true masterpiece.But no seriously, the shop is clean, and the staff is super friendly (specially the manager). I recommend it.
