Very professional staff, Erbizon was with us from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, passionate and extremely friendly to us. This Gucci store is located in Westfields so parking is conveninent and you get 2 hours free parking.

Visited yesterday with my nieces and we were shown such lovely treatment. Made a couple of purchases, enjoyed some champagne! Truly a lovely store

Wow. The staff here move at a snails pace. Took over 30 mins to exchange an item. You’d get better service in KMart , staff seem totally disinterested.

Customer service at Gucci was amazing both on floor and with head office. However keep in mind if you are buying jewellery such as a bracelet and it becomes faulty, Gucci expects you to fix it. From my experience I had a perfectly maintained bracelet with the jump ring element falling off (under one year) as it wasn't fitted correctly. This generally happens, as stated by the team member however Gucci expected myself to pay $120 and wait 8-12 weeks to repair it. I rejected the offer and got it fixed myself for $5.00 in less then 20 minutes.Writing this review has nothing towards the team members who assisted me but more so on the quality of the brand. The brand tries to pride itself as a luxury brand by providing complementary water and drinks with a well fitted out store, yet remember the price your paying is not for the service but only a misrepresented brand which provides basic complementariness to sway the customer to think its luxurious when really it has nothing to do with the latter.So if your in the market for a Gucci bracelet, think twice. if you lose the jump ring element and if its even less then a year you will be paying more to fix it from Gucci. The $120 is not the problem here, its the concept of misrepresentation. Do not buy from Gucci if you think you are buying service, the only service you get is free water :)$895.00 Bracelet with less then one year worth of qualitynot worth it !!!regards
