They can't do lash lifts. Twice now they have not worked. This is the only place that I have had this experience with. Both my daughter and I had the treatment and both did not work. Many other much better places in Southland that do this treatment and never had a problem. Waste of time and money!

My lash lift is amazing. Eyes looks so bigger after that. I got lots of compliments from friends. Sumi did that job. Love that place.

Cannot recommend this place enough for sugaring, I always leave with my face completely hair free and feeling super smooth. I am a picky customer and they're always willing to listen to me and have a high standard of doing a 10/10 job and I'm always satisfied. Thank you Sumi and the team

Had eyelash tint and lift and brow lamination. Ruined both. Brows were close to black and terrible shape when I asked for natural blonde. Had to go somewhere else the following week to have fixed. re: eyelashes - eyelashes completely folded over and burnt skin on side of eyes with solution. Went back to get to reverse and they wanted to charge me for another lash lift. Do not recommend!
