Always shop at JB Hi-Fi they are easy to deal with, and when I have a problem, they are always super helpful and have the best service when it comes to warranty. They also have an extended warranty on expensive electronics, which most other stores don't offer.

Excellent service by some great enthusiastic staff. Once I told the sales person exactly what I wanted they didn’t pressure me to go the next model up rather encouraged my selection and had me sorted out with goods in hand in under 15 mins. I will shop here again because of this. The shop was clean, fresh and bright with heaps of stock which is surprising given we are only days from xmas. 10/10.

got served right away, after going to multiple stores and being ignored. was only after one thing and was able to walk out with it feeling valued and happy. the guy who serve me was super happy and had great customer service skills. he explained everything thoroughly and took the time to help us. not sure of his name, however, he said he was fairly new (started around september). although he was new, he still acted professionally and was confident in asking others for help!! (andy i think the other guys name was). i will definitely be coming back.

Got in just after 3pm to try and swap out a pair of gaming headphones that stopped working, initially had awesome help before they walked off. Asked twice for someone to help me out afyer that and then waited about 25 minutes before giving up and leaving

Really disappointed with the manager service. The manager called Luke Stefenos was rude, arrogant and with a high voice tone. It seemed that we, me and my wife, were on a fight. It was really embarrassing, it was the worst manager service I had in my life. I will never buy anything there anymore.
