I was looking for a rhino-rack pioneer platform 52100 and I am so lucky to find Racks N Tracks. The staff at Racks N Tracks are very welcoming and super friendly. They are quick and have quality with their work (I’m happy with the fitting of my roof rack). They would really make sure that everything is measured and fitted perfectly. And they also gave me discount for the installation service and the other items I’ve purchased. They asked me to go back for a FREE service to check the fitted roof rack after a month. I highly recommend Racks N Tracks and I would definitely go back to buy more stuff from them next time. If you’re looking for a one stop shop for roof racks, awnings, tents etc., this shop should be on top of your list.

Highly recommended for the rack installation on the car roof. I got Prorack bars installed on my car here. Before that I almost made 50 calls to him with many silly questions and he answered each and every time very politely. I can't thank him enough for attending my urgent request in a quick time.

Just purchased a click and collect Rhino Pioneer Platform and Backbone system from Oliver and the team at Racks N Tracks.On arrival to pick up my order, Oliver asked how I was going to get the platform home as it wouldn’t fit in my car. Silly me thought it came unassembled and would fit in the car.Not a problem. Oliver decided that my place was on his way home and offered to drop it to my place, an offer I couldn’t refuse. He then spent a good 15 mins discussing the best installation techniques with me.Outstanding customer service and I will definitely be back to purchase more accessories. Cheers legends
